SSS / ACCESS Graduate Student Mentor Application 2015-2016

The Learning Assistance Program uses different proactive approaches that provide structured one-on-one sessions with at-risk college students. This program provides individualized, supportive, and engaging opportunities for interaction between the graduate mentor and freshmen students. Position Types 1) 10 hour Student Mentor Assistantship or 2) 20 hour Student Mentor Assistantship.  Please provide the Reference Form Link (Under Student Support Services / Mentor Employment) to 2 Professional References, or you may print the Reference Form from below and ask them to mail to the address indicated on the form.
